If you were involved in an automobile accident and are injured, please come in right away and bring with you any information regarding this accident (hospital records, car estimate, police report, etc.) In the event that you cannot commute or drive, we will pick you up. If you are unable to leave your home, we will do a home visit. The emergency direct line is 647-833-9586.
If you are taking medications, please bring ALL of your prescription medications with you for the doctor to see. If you have additional medical insurance privately or through your employer please bring these documents with you. Thank you.
